Welcome To Our Online Registration Process

 

WERE YOU A WGA MEMBER IN 2024 ?
If yes, you are eligible for priority registration beginning on March 1.  First, please log in and click on My Profile at the left end of the horizontal black menu bar above.  Review your contact information in your Profile, and update it as needed.  Then return to this page (Join/Renew), proceed to Step 2, and complete your registration.  If you have difficulty logging in, please request a password reset.  A link will be sent to the email you used for your WGA account and correspondence last year. 
 
WERE YOU A WGA MEMBER IN 2023 BUT NOT IN 2024? (OR) WERE YOU THE GUEST OF A MEMBER FOR WGA GUEST DAY IN 2023 OR 2024?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, you are eligible for general registration beginning on March 15, and should already be in our data base.  Please log in and click on My Profile at the left end of the horizontal black menu bar above.  Review your contact information in your Profile, and update it as needed.  If you have difficulty logging in, please request a password reset.  A link will be sent to the email provided to WGA at the time you participated.  Then return to this page (Join/Renew), proceed to Step 2, and complete your registration. 
 
ARE YOU A NEW MEMBER LOOKING TO JOIN FOR THE FIRST TIME? (OR) ARE YOU A PREVIOUS MEMBER FROM 2022 OR BEFORE? 
If you answered yes to this question, you are eligible for general registration beginning on March 15.  Are you relatively new to golf?  If so, please review these Golfer Ability Levels to determine if you're ready for league play.  If you fit the description of an Advanced Beginner, or a more experienced and skillful golfer, then please proceed to Step 1.  You must fill out the new member application on or after March 15, 2025 in order to get into our system.
 
PLEASE NOTE: All registrants must pay their fees by credit or debit card at the time of registration. If you sign up for WGA and League memberships but do not complete your online payment, you will not be considered officially registered and your spot on the league roster(s) will not be guaranteed. STEP 1 – COMPLETE NEW MEMBER APPLICATION 

This application will collect your contact information for our online directory, and have you set up a password for online access to register for the WGA, Leagues and future events. You will need your CDGA handicap ID for this step. Returning members who have already set up a WGA online account in the past two years (and most Guest Day participants from the past two years) can skip this step because you are already in our online database.

STEP 2 – JOIN CDGA OR RENEW/CONFIRM YOUR CDGA MEMBERSHIP

Join, renew or confirm that your CDGA Membership is current by visitng the CDGA website PRIOR to starting your WGA registration. Make a note of your HANDICAP ID#. You will need it to complete your league registration.  The Chicago District Golf Association (CDGA) calculates your USGA Handicap Index®, which is a requirement for playing in all WGA leagues.  The CDGA also provides WGA leagues with electronic reports of players' hole-by-hole scores, which makes it easier to calculate weekly and seasonal prize winners.  Annual Membership is currently $50.

STEP 3 – PAY WGA AND LEAGUE DUES

Now for the best part;  it's time to select and pay for your WGA and league dues! You can also access those options by clicking the link below. You will be directed to pay your fees by credit or debit card using our secure Square portal.

Please note: our record-keeping and banking procedures are not set up to accept payments by cash or check. There are no exceptions, so please follow the instructions for online payment in order to ensure your spot is reserved.

STEP 4 – PURCHASE A WILMETTE GOLF CLUB MEMBERSHIP **OPTIONAL**

Most of our members choose to become a member of the Wilmette Golf Club as well, however club membership is not required in order to participate in our leagues. A golf club membership at any level will allow you to save on weekly greens fees and pro shop merchandise, but if you plan to play golf several tiimes a week, a higher level of membership will save you more and also allow access to weekly standing tee times.
